Refund policy

For hygiene purposes, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on earrings, with the exception of items that arrive damaged and/or defective (see below). Please be sure to read and review all product listings and your shopping cart before completing your order. 

We do not replace or refund items for tarnishing, or for allergic reactions.

If you have a preference to certain metals, please be aware of the materials listed in the description before ordering.

Damages and Issues 

We want you to be completely satisfied with the quality of your order.  Please inspect your order upon receiving and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you received the wrong item, so that we may evaluate the issue and make it right. 

We are not responsible for any lost or stolen product.

If package is returned to sender due to incorrect package/address details, buyer is responsible to pay for reshipment.

 

Refunds and Replacements

If there is something wrong with your item(s), we will provide either a replacement or refund depending on the situation.  If a refund is approved, you will be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days.  Please remember that it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund as well.  If more than 15 business days have passed since we have approved your return, please contact us at fallonandclayco@gmail.com
